License Agreement
The terms that apply when you download and use StickIt.
Last updated: [set on launch]
In short: StickIt is licensed through the Mac App Store under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. The notes below summarize and supplement it.
License
StickIt is licensed, not sold. Unless a separate agreement is presented to you, your use of StickIt is governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"). By downloading or using the app, you accept those terms. Where anything on this page conflicts with the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA controls.
Permitted use
The Standard EULA grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use StickIt on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Usage Rules. You may not redistribute, sell, sublicense, rent, or reverse-engineer the app, except to the extent applicable law permits despite this restriction.
Responsibility
StickIt is provided by Andrii Mahda ("the developer"), not by Apple. The developer — not Apple — is solely responsible for the app and its content and for addressing any claims relating to it. Apple has no obligation to furnish support or maintenance for the app.
Warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StickIt is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price to you; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation, and any other claims are the developer’s responsibility.
Refunds
App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. I’m glad to help diagnose an issue first — email andrii.mahda@icloud.com.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Your notes are yours; please keep your own backups (for example, via iCloud).
Governing law
This supplement is governed by the laws of Ukraine, without limiting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live, or the App Store terms you agreed with Apple.
